Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Azm for Communication and Information Technology Company generated net profits of SAR 50.99 million for the fiscal year (FY) that ended on 30 June 2026, an annual leap of 36.17% from SAR 37.45 million.

The earnings per share (EPS) increased to SAR 0.87 in FY2025/2026 from SAR 0.64 a year earlier.

The company’s annual revenue grew by 21.41% to SAR 307.36 million, compared to SAR 253.16 million in the prior period.

Management attributed this growth to the acquisition of new projects and increased revenue generation from existing contracts.

Gross profit for the year climbed by 36.06% to SAR 99.88 million, while operating profit surged by 48.61% to SAR 47.98 million.

The bottom-line improvement was further supported by a SAR 26.47 million increase in gross profit and a SAR 160,000 reduction in finance costs.

These gains helped offset a SAR 10.78 million rise in operating expenses and a SAR 1.50 million increase in Zakat and income tax charges.

Total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, stood at SAR 181.37 million at the end of the period, a 28.81% increase from SAR 140.81 million the previous year.

The independent auditor's report was issued with an unmodified opinion.

On 19 July, Saudi Azm was awarded a contract by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to develop the ministry’s social support and subsidies programs platform.
